Aqua Expo is the main technical commercial aquaculture event in Latin America, organized by the National Ecuadorian Chamber of Aquaculture. The main objective is promoting knowledge and innovation of the aquaculture community on a global scale.

Its structure combines a trade show and a scientific-technical congress. Hundreds of Ecuadorian and foreign companies are part of the tradeshow, exposing the highlights of their portfolio of products and services. At the congress, topics of interest and importance for the aquaculture sector are addressed, such as: prevention and management of diseases, nutrition and feeding practices, efficiency and technological innovations, crop diversification, genetic improvement, market trends, etc. Researchers and aquaculture professionals from all over the world participate, presenting their most recent research and technological advances.
