The role

As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible within the sales team for selling CAPEX solutions across the Benelux & DACH region. These solutions range from individual machines and process lines to complete factory systems.

You will play an important role in expanding our market position: deepening existing customer relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities and actively driving growth. You will not work alone: you will be supported by a team of technical and commercial specialists so you can advise customers in-depth and deliver the right solutions together.

You will begin with a comprehensive onboarding programme to learn our products, services and markets. Your first customer visits will be alongside an experienced colleague who will also support you during key project phases.

Your team

You will be part of a sales team responsible for maintaining and further developing customer relationships, entering new markets and delivering projects. You will work with an enthusiastic group of Area Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and Technical Consultants who serve the global market. The team offers strong collaboration and support, for example at international trade shows or during key stages of a sales process.
