The role

Leading on-site project execution for the animal nutrition and related industries worldwide – that’s your responsibility. You leave nothing to chance. From the preparation phase onward, you are closely involved in the project. You identify potential technical risks or design flaws early on and advise the engineers accordingly. You know every detail of our machines and the project.

Your planning is rock solid. Well prepared, you travel to the project site, where you coordinate local subcontractors and ensure they carry out the work according to you and the project manager’s expectations. This requires a flexible attitude, as you work in various cultures and under different local conditions. Safety is always your top priority – you know the regulations and proactively find ways to guarantee a safe work environment. You also keep customers informed about progress and handle any technical questions they may have. Meanwhile, you make sure your colleagues at KSE are kept up to date and report your findings. You are the eyes and ears of the KSE project manager on site.

If you see ways to execute a project more efficiently or effectively, you document your ideas and share them with your colleagues. When required, you arrange inspections or approvals by certification bodies or inspection teams. Any issues that arise, you solve on the spot – in close collaboration with KSE engineers, either remotely or on-site.

The knowledge you gain – for example, about machine operation and installation – you pass on to the customer, enabling them to handle minor issues independently in the future.
