The role

All over the world, the animal nutrition industry relies on dosing and weighing systems from KSE – The Batching Experts. Our projects range from supplying, developing, and commissioning a single machine to delivering a complete factory, including automation.

Your work begins after delivery or commissioning. As a Service Coordinator / Administrator, you are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to service and maintenance of their installations. You proactively ensure that their production processes continue without interruption. Should an unexpected malfunction occur, you make sure it is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible – and to the customer’s full satisfaction.

As Service Coordinator, you take on a major responsibility – and you’re not afraid to handle it. Acting as the central link between customers, engineers, and internal departments, you manage both planned and ad hoc service and maintenance projects. You always know exactly what is happening at your customers’ sites.

Regular maintenance is scheduled well in advance in close consultation with the customer. Once that’s done, the preparations can begin – a key part of your job. You make the planning for the field service engineer and make sure they can travel to the customer with all the necessary documentation. This may be by car or by plane. In the meantime, you regularly check in to ensure the customer is fully satisfied with the support provided.

What you will do at KSE

As a Service Coordinator, you work closely with various departments within the organization. You monitor the activities of field service engineers who work on-site and support them remotely. If a malfunction cannot be resolved or another issue arises, you provide assistance and, when necessary, collaborate with colleagues from the development or project team. For example, if a newly delivered machine does not function properly in certain areas, you ensure that the issue is resolved quickly and effectively.

You are responsible for the preparation of service assignments and for creating quotations for both service work and aftersales activities. In addition, you follow up on these assignments and handle the invoicing process. When required, you provide aftercare to customers and monitor whether machines continue to perform properly after service has been carried out. All service and aftersales activities are carefully documented and reported by you.

Who you are

A service-oriented professional with commercial awareness and strong communication skills – someone who can easily switch between speaking with a technician and a managing director. In addition, you bring:

At least a completed vocational (MBO) degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Preferably several years of experience as a work planner or service coordinator in a technical environment – although recent bachelor’s graduates (HBO) are also welcome to apply.
Experience with ERP systems.
Residence within reasonable commuting distance of Bladel (maximum 60 km).

What we offer

As an employer, we offer a professional, supportive, and stimulating environment where your talent truly makes a difference:

A position within a company that is small enough for short communication lines and personal contact, yet large enough to make an impact, holds a strong market position, and offers plenty of growth opportunities.
A job in a dynamic environment that values and supports your personal development.
A competitive salary.
27 vacation days and 13 additional leave (ADV) days.
